                      MUDSLIDE KUKIS by Tea Mamut

Kako to biva u ovo pred božićno vrijeme....dogovarale smo se ja i moja sestra koje ćemo kolače raditi za Božić...pao je izbor na 4 vrste. Nakon dogovora jedna njena kolegica joj se pohvalila da svake godine radi jako jednostavne ali efektne kolačiće. Kad mi je ispričala recept kako ide bio mi je nekako poznat i nakon nešto prčkanja po internetu naišla sam na recept od Tee Mamut.
U kolačiće ide malo brašna i šećera ,puno čokolade, maslac i jaja koja ih čine mekanim iznutra te šećer u prahu koji je zaslužan za raspucani efekt izvana. Možete dodati i orašaste plodove ali ja sam ih izostavila. Jednostavni su i brzi za izradu te savršeni za nenadane goste.U slast!



Nakon što se smjesa ohladila u frižideru ,uzimala sam ju sa žlicom te formirala kuglice valjajući ih u šećer u prahu...postavite ih na masni papir i računajte da će se bar dvostruko raširiti :



A nakon pečenja su izgledali ovako: Neki spojeni a neki slobodni :)



Ukoliko Vam se spoje kao što su meni ,pričekajte da se ohlade jer se zbog mekoće neće dati odvojiti i potrgati će se....









ENGLISH VERSION:



MUDSLIDE COOKIES by Tea Mamut


If you're a fan of cookies that are crispy outside and soft on the inside this recipe is for you:)

You'l need:

3 eggs,room temperature

2/3 cups white granulated sugar

300g of chocolate (use a kind with more % of cocoa (50% and so on))

1/6 cup of butter

a bit more than 1/4 cup of all purpose flour

pinch of salt (important!)

100g of any nuts (chopped and mixed in)


Melt the chocolate in a bowl with butter and a pinch of salt ( place a metal bowl onto a pot in which you poured some water, get it to boil,be carefull that the bottom of the bowl doesn't get in contact with the boiling water because it will bake the chocolate)
In the mean time mix the eggs with sugar.
Combine the two mixtures together and put them to cool down in the fridge for about half an hour.
Get a half spoonfull of mixture, role it in powdered sugar and use your hands to form little balls.
Place them on a baking sheet on a pan but make sure to leave twice as much space between them.
Bake for exactly 11 minutes at 350 F or 180 ° C or they'll burn.
Leave them to cool down before you take them off the baking sheet because they're pretty soft.
